COACHING, COUNSELING OR NATURE BASED THERAPY?

Whichever form suits you best, we will naturally discover during the first session or throughout the process. Of course, you can also indicate your preference in advance.

COACHING

Coaching focuses on guiding you through a positive transformation process. A coach helps you achieve your goals more quickly in areas of life where you could use a little support, such as reducing stress, finding a new job, building a fulfilling relationship, or creating more meaning in your life. Together with you, a coach explores how to approach future situations more effectively using new strategies.

Integrative coaching is personal and tailored to help you achieve your specific goals. The program is fully customized to suit your needs.

In addition to talk therapy, techniques such as relaxation exercises, mindfulness, various coaching methods, and working with the inner world through Active Imagination are also utilized.

COUNSELING

In counseling, the counselor also focuses on the underlying issues. Together with the counselor, you explore the nature of the problem. You then identify what is needed to address inner obstacles and regain a sense of well-being. The relationship between the body, emotions, and mind is a key focus for counselors.

Counseling supports individuals with emotional, psychosocial, and physical challenges. A counselor works with mentally and emotionally healthy individuals who encounter problems they cannot resolve on their own. During counseling, the root causes of emotional and/or physical complaints are addressed and transformed, enabling you to feel the way you want to feel in your daily life.

In addition to talk therapy, relaxation techniques such as mindfulness are used, as well as methods that work with the inner world through Active Imagination.

NATURE BASED THERAPY

Nature has a therapeutic effect on both the body and mind, a truth recognized across centuries and cultures worldwide. This makes nature a powerful tool to support you in your transformation process. Sessions take place in a natural setting that resonates with you at that moment—whether it’s a forest, open meadows, or near water. Nature naturally calms your nervous system, making it easier to connect with your core and enabling you to address and change things more effectively and quickly.

Nature serves as a co-therapist in this approach. Symbols and metaphors are often used as part of the process. See photos below.
